We are an investor owned and operated, Virginia State regulated, public utility company. We accomplish this by employing qualified, licensed waterworks operators. We strive to maintain compliance with all Virginia Department of Health (VDH) regulations.

Our water comes from drilled wells located in both Greene Mountain Lake and Twin Lakes subdivisions. Our water is treated with chlorine disinfectant and some wells are additionally treated to control naturally occurring iron & manganese in the source water.

We bill monthly based on a meter reading. All usage is calculated in gallons, We bill at the beginning of the month based upon the meter reading for usage from the previous month. Example, the bill which you receive in June is for your water usage in May.
Severe Weather Precaution
If your power is out due to weather related events be aware that our power to produce water may be out also. Please be conservative with water usage over the next several days as this storm passes our area.
